General Information
APOLONIA PALACE is situated in one of the most beautiful and picturesque regions on the Bulgarian seaside – ancient Sozopol (a city-state founded in 620 B.C., under the name of Apolonia Pontica). APOLONIA PALACE is the perfect “second” home for people with style and natural liking for things of real value. Its unique South-East-West exposure gives you the opportunity to choose from apartments facing the rising or the setting sun, or even both. The location of the development benefits to the most from the historical and romantic spirit of the sea resort and its beautiful nature. Electrical installation completed with power, telephone/internet, videophone and cable TV, individual electrometers, entry videophones, lighting, lighting switches and wall-plugs – all by Merlin Gerin. Facade lighting – according to plan. Common areas and stairs lighting is fully automatic with photo cells. Plumbing: polypropylene piping, soundproof, individual water-meters, washing machine and water-heater in every apartment. Air-conditioners in every room. Central ventilation system in kitchens and bathrooms. Alarm system with video surveillance throughout the building.
Railings: installed on terraces and stairs – designer railings, hand made from forged steel and balustrade – according to plan. Outside areas: fully completed, planted with grass and trees, decorative columns, arches, and capitals. Pool with Jacuzzi – underwater LED lighting.

Prices include VAT and start from 53,000 EUR for a 52.76sq.m studio to 200,000 EUR for a 146.46sq.m two-bedroom apartment. Basements and common parts ownership are free of charge. Property owners are offered a property management contract to sign and an optional furnish package. Apartment owners are also offered to purchase a parking place for EUR 6,000 and there 8 parking places available. Here is the staged payments plan:
A. 10% - at the time of signing the preliminary contract for the sale of the property.
B. 40% - within 7 days after the completion of the ground floor reinforced concrete slab
C. 40% - within 7 days after the completion of the building’s top floor reinforced concrete slab /roof/.
D. 10% - after completion of the contracted construction work, before or after the final sale contract /notary deeds/.
